Hero of Migovo

Today we visited a project called “Hero of Migovo”. The main goal of this project is to create a cartoon with Migovo’s symbol. We asked a few questions to a teacher and some students.

First, we met Ashley, one of the project leaders: -What do you think about children’s work in this project? -Oh! It’s really exciting! One kid imagined a grandma as a superhero. -What do you actually like to draw? -I like to draw faces and portraits.

After we met another leader, Rory. -Hi Rory! Why did you join “Heroes of Migovo”? -Because it’s a very fun project! -Do you like to draw? -Yeah, I’m not really good, but I really enjoy it!

Finally, we asked the main leader, Olga. -Why a cartoon? -I like to work with kids, I like what they’re doing, and I think their works are worthy of Hollywood. -You have an experience in cartoon writing, so what can you say about children’s work? -We have teamwork in this project. After all, you can do nothing without a team. -Do you have some advice to newcomer artists? -I would advise being able to see the beauty around yourself.
