In the Herbs project, campers learned, with the help of an expert, about the many different types of herbs growing in the local area which can be used for culinary and medicinal purposes.  They also learned about local honey, whose taste is influenced by the plant life found in this part of Ukraine.  During the session, they also had the opportunity to attend a tasting of both tea and honey products and to try their hand at picking and drying their own herbs to be used for tea.
